It is our great pleasure to announce that the International Conference in Computing in Cardiology 2019 will be held in Singapore. This is the second time that CinC is held outside of Europe and USA, and we are excited to host you at this year’s meeting.

The republic of Singapore is a city-state situated one degree north of the equator. Packed into its 130 sqaure kilometres of real estate is a bustling metropolis embedded in lush tropical greeneries. Due to its horticultural richness, Singapore is also known as a City in a Garden. As a nation that is home to a wide plurality of cultures, ethnicities and religions, the diversity that you can experience in Singapore will be a unique experience in itself.

The conference venue will be located at the one-north precinct which houses world-class research facilities and business park spaces to support the growth of Biomedical Sciences, Infocomm Technology, Media, Physical Sciences and Engineering. The line up to this year’s programme includes a Sunday Symposium jointly organized with the National Heart Centre, Singapore to demonstrate the utility of computer- and computational-related research work in clinical practices. Due to the location of the conference, we expect significant participation and contribution of papers from colleagues in the Asia-Pacific Region.

We have planned for the passivist social event to include a visit to the Gardens by the Bay – a nature park spanning an awe-inspiring 101 hectares garden, set in the heart of the city. The activist social event will be conducted at the Mega Adventure Park where participants will enjoy adrenaline-pumping thrills on a zipline at 75 metres high, 450 metres long and heart-pounding speed of 60kph. To top it off, the Gala Dinner will feature unique Singapore cuisine which is as diverse as its culture.

On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee, we look forward to welcoming you at Singapore this year.
